Joan Guccione, CFP®
In August 2004, Joan Guccione, CFP®, launched Fleetwood Asset Management Ltd., a fee-only investment advisory firm, located in Milford, Connecticut. Prior to forming her own firm, Joan served as the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director at The BJ Group, Inc. based in New York, from 1987 until the sale of the firm to GE Private Asset Management in 2002. In this capacity, she was directly responsible for over $625 million in assets. Clients included high net worth private investors, charitable foundations, endowments and the retirement plan for a large, publicly traded corporation. Joan is a past member of the Schwab Advisory Board and is listed as one of the top professional advisors in the country in the J.K. Lasser publication New Rules For Estate and Tax Planning. She is also a Registered Player Financial Advisor with the National Football League Players Association.
